  • ARTWORK BEFORE PRODUCTION

    RECEIVING LAYOUTS & APPROVING ARTWORK:

    Initial artwork will be provided in 2-3 working days. This is in addition to the 5-10 working days needed for production. It is FULLY the customer’s responsibility to check the design file, which is sent via e-mail only. Communication regarding design changes, requests and approval must be via e-mail only. Where the customer has approved layouts and the order goes into production, Inspired for Life will not be held responsible for any incorrect artwork that has been approved that will be produced. Inspired for Life will not be held responsible to correct or replace any approved artwork. Standard lead times will also apply in the case where the order needs to be fixed/redone. The customer undertakes to check all elements before approval, including sizes, quantities, spelling, colours, and orientation (portrait or landscape). Additional costs and standard lead times will be applied if any of the above was not brought to our attention before dispatch.

    SUPPLYING YOUR OWN PRINT-READY ARTWORK:
    You can upload your artwork with your order if it is up to 10MB. Larger files can be sent via www.wetransfer.com and sending to info@shaphar.co.za from the wetransfer website. Designs that are supplied PRINT-READY but are of low-quality and produced by us and we do not notice the low quiality until after printing, Inspired for Life will NOT be held accountable for any artwork supplied by you and not generated by our team. This includes any discoloring, blurring, distorting and pixelation. You need to make sure your screen is calibrated before sending us any print ready files. PRINT-READY artwork should be supplied in desired size, with bleed, with sufficient inside margin, CMYK, and preferably flattened to 300dpi image for printing purposes.

  • SHIPPING POLICY

    Orders are usually ready in 5-10 working days, dependent on our workload. Our products are designed to Inspire for Life and need time for a quality finished product! :-)

    Large (bulk) orders might take longer, and if there are stock issues, or other possible delays, we will let you know. You will receive a notification as soon as you order is ready for pickup or shipping.


    IMPORTANT: If your order is urgent, or if you need it before a specific date, please contact us to see if we can have it ready for you on time.

    Note that delivery takes an extra 2-5 working days AFTER the order is ready. So please take that into account when ordering.
    Note also that delivery is via courier which is a service we offer for your convenience. The courier service is an external service and NOT directly supplied by Inspired for Life and therefore it is not possible to take responsibility for any courier related complaints or service issues.

    FREE SHIPPING IN GAUTENG FOR ORDERS OVER R2,000.

    LOCAL PICKUP:

    Pickup is also available at 3 Boskraai Ave, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion, 0157 from 08:00 till 16:00 weekdays only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    Our policy lasts 48 hours (this includes weekends, public holidays or company closure times). If 48 hours have gone by since receipt of your order, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Printed or branded products cannot be returned unless the product(s) itself is defective or incorrect or if the print or branding does not match the approved artwork we sent you prior to printing / branding.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of payment as well as your invoice or sales order. We also need to verify that payment did clear in our account (before a refund can be processed.)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we can either give you credit on your account or we can refund your bank account. Please send us your correct bank details.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please just follow up if you are sure you did not receive it.

    Exchanges (if applicable). Non-branded products only.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or shape. Note that products must be in the same condition you received them in, unused and in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it, send us an email to info@shaphar.co.za and send your item to: 3 Boskraai Ave, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion, 0157. We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee if you ordered the wrong product and want us to exchange it for another product, size or shape.
